Rules of 2009 Cutest Dog and Cat Contest
1) Enter your pet into the contest by bringing us a copy of your favorite picture of your pet or email a picture to chd@knowlesanimalclinics.com. In the subject line of the email, please type: “KAC Cutest Dog/Cat Contest.” All pets entered into the contest will be displayed in the lobby for the month of September and the first two weeks of October.
There are unlimited entries into this contest.
The last day to enter your pet into the contest is September 30, 2009.
The cost to enter your pet into the contest is $25 per pet.
2) Vote for the KAC Cutest Pet of the Year Award.
Voting will take place October 1 through October 15.
You can vote as many times as you like. Here is how we vote for the winner
- $5 buys 1 vote
- $10 buys 3 votes
- $20 buys 7 votes
- $50 buys 15 votes
- $100 buys 35 votes
3) And the winner is…..
The winner will be announced on Thursday, October 15th at 12:00pm in the Knowles Animal Clinic lobby.
If your pet WINS….
1) Your pet gets the title of “Knowles Animal Clinics Cutest Dog/Cat of the Year Award for 2009.”
2) A picture of your pet will be posted on www.knowlesanimalclinics.com website for a full year. You will also be permitted to submit fun facts and a short story about your pet on the website.
3) Your pet gets his/her picture framed in the lobby of KAC for a full year.
How do I get started?
There are two ways to donate.
1) Write a check made payable to “JDRF” and in the memo write “The Wise Family Team.”
2) Go to http://walk.jdrf.org/. Under team name type, “Wise Family.” Follow the link. Click on “Donate to this walker.”
Make your pet the 2009 star of Knowles Animal Clinic and help a great cause at the same time. Just think. You can make your pet king of the castle for a full year! GOOD LUCK!!!
